How long does it takes to customize a shirt?

We will need at least 2 to 3 weeks to complete customized projects.

What kind of artwork files do you accept?

Would prefer high resolution working files. However, if you are not able to provide, we can accept sketches or images but will only proceed with artwork upon confirmation

How should i wash my apparel?

Turn the apparel inside out and throw into the washing machine. No need hot water, no need tumble dry, no soaking, no bleaching

I don’t have a design. Is there a charge to make a design for me?

We are happy to help you come up with a custom design if you do not have one ready. Fees may vary depending on complexity of the design. There will not be a charge if the project is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

For our products: 1) Delivery charge of $30 applies. Free island-wide delivery for purchases "$300" and above. 2) Kindly allow 3 to 5 working days for processing and delivery of orders. 3) Our normal delivery hours are between 9am and 6pm. Evening delivery after working hours is subject to management approval and availability. 4) Shipping may take longer during sale periods and holidays. For customised orders: 1) For any end-to-end customisations the minimum order quantity is "20 pcs". 2) Please allow "between 7 to 30" working days for your order to be processed and delivered. 3) Delivery charge of "$30" applies. Free island-wide delivery for purchases "$300" and above. 

Self-Collect Option

Self collection is not available at the moment due to the circuitbreaker.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not do exchange for any orders received due to the wrong selection of size, all measurements are clearly stated on our site.  For other items, any returns and exchanges may be provided, if: 1) Defective item or incorrect item from the order on record.  2) Missing item received.  For customized orders: Customised orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless; 1) Customisation doesn't match the order description on record.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept payments via debit, credit, PayPal as well as Bank Transfer, PayNow and Cheque.
